Curtains Curtains

In this MCP Youth Production, Jessica Cranshaw is a triple threat; she can't sing, act or dance (or remember to say her lines). To the relief of everyone, she is murdered during her opening night curtain call. The entire company comes under suspicion, and Lt. Frank Cioffi of the Boston Police Dept. is called in to solve the homicide. Can Cioffi solve the case, save the show, and get the girl before the curtain rises with getting offed himself? This is a musical, after all!

Anything Goes Anything Goes
August 2-4 2018
The Junior Youth perform this Cole Porter Classic. Nightclub singer/evangelist Reno Sweeney is en route from New York to England on an ocean liner. Her pal Billy Crock has stowed away to be near his love, Hope Harcourt, but the problem is Hope is engaged to the wealthy Lord Evelyn Oakleigh. Joining this love triangle on board the luxury liner are Public Enemy #13 Moonface Martin, and his sidekick-in-crime Erma. With the help of elaborate disguises, tap-dancing sailors, and good ol' blackmail, Reno and Martin join forces to help Billy in his quest to win Hope's heart.
